Nonreligion in Brazil and Beyond: Emerging Approaches and Future Directions

In this seminar, Olívia Barbosa, Guilherme Borges, and Renata Nagamine will present emerging approaches to studies on nonreligion. To do so, they will focus particularly on the Brazilian context, which has not yet been thoroughly explored in these studies. Based on quite diverse research objects, these scholars will analyze the dynamics of constructing what is understood as nonreligion in the largest country in South America.
